Rick Berry

Rick graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University from the College of Engineering in 2006 after which he moved to Arizona where he met his wonderful wife. They then moved to Flagstaff where he graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2013 with a degree in Physical Therapy. They were valley bound post-graduation and ended up in Scottsdale where Rick began working in the outpatient Physical Therapy setting for 7 years. After selling his practice, he then worked in the Home Health setting for 5 years and decided to open another clinic in Mesa in 2024.

Rick is Dry Needling, Astym, PWR! and Ergonomics Assessment certified. He enjoys working with his hands as a manual therapist and finds satisfaction in helping people reduce their pain and return to function. His passion is helping individuals optimize their health span (period of life spent in good health and function) through strength, balance, and flexibility and has developed the Functionally Fit program as part of his practice to help others optimize their health.

He is a proud father of 4 and has been happily married to his wife Julie since 2008. When he is not busy cheering his kids on at their sporting events, Rick enjoys playing basketball, golf and working on renovation projects.
